Meal choices:

BEEF SHORT RIB - Slow braised boneless short rib with sour cream mashed potatoes, buttered broccoli and wine merchant sauce.
CHICKEN PICCATA - Roasted chicken breast, white wine and caper sauce, wild rice pilaf, seasonal vegetables.
SEASONAL VEGETARIAN/VEGAN - Chef's seasonal offering for your vegetarian and/or vegan guests.
Also, each guest will need to indicate whether they need a gluten free dessert provided.
